The product
The app behind the Guild. Hunch is a dating app built for follow-through: one curated drop of photo-verified profiles a day, and an AI matchmaker that turns mutual interest into a real, confirmed date.

Why this matters for you: dating is the most talked-about genre on short-form — and you'll be posting about an app with real stories to tell. First dates, an AI matchmaker, hot takes on dating culture: the angles never run out.

No — but you do need to be on camera. You'll build a brand-new TikTok for this from zero; our hooks and coaching do the growing. What we're casting for is the person: your face, your voice, a point of view on dating. Followers we can build. Presence we can't.
Yes. Your face, your voice and your personality are the point — you're the dating voice of your city, talking to a lens. Voiceover over your own footage is fine too. If you'd rather do faceless, text-on-screen or product-style UGC, this isn't the program for you, and that's fine.
Every video pays: $10 a video when you're starting out, $20 a video once you're experienced, with bonuses on top for views and quality. Decent creators average about $500 a month starting out and about $1,000 a month with experience. Earnings vary by creator and performance.
Monthly cycle. Payouts are processed the first week of the following month, and you can watch your earnings accumulate daily the whole way there.
Your take on dating in your city — hot takes, reactions, first-date debriefs, experiments, local dating culture, whatever shows your personality. We hand you proven hooks and direction; you make them yours. Hunch is a regular part of your content, not a one-off plug: it's the app that gives you one drop of ten real, photo-verified people a day, built for people who actually want to go on dates, and it isn't for everyone. Your videos should feel the same — specific, opinionated, yours.
3–5 hours per week. Minimum one video a day plus time in your comments every day — though top creators post 2–3 a day once they get into the rhythm.
Creators based in the US, 18 or older, with a point of view on dating and the personality to carry it on camera, posting every day and replying to your comments for the first 30 days. You don't need to be single or on a dating app — you need opinions about dating in your city and the nerve to say them to a lens. We're casting in all 52 of our cities; up to 5 slots in each, depending on the city's size.
Right now: Philadelphia, Phoenix, Washington, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Boston, Denver, Charlotte. You need to live in or around one of them. The full 52 we cast in, as slots open — Northeast: New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Buffalo, Waterbury, Baltimore, Washington. Southeast: Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Greenville, Charleston, Richmond, Virginia Beach, Nashville, Knoxville, Louisville, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville. Midwest: Chicago, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Kansas City. Texas and the Plains: Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, Tulsa. Mountain West: Denver, Colorado Springs, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Las Vegas. West Coast: Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento, Portland, Seattle. If your city isn't here, hold off for now — we add cities as the app opens them. The open cities are in the ticker at the top.
Two. You have to show up every day — post, then live in your comments: reply, argue, keep the conversation going — and we say no to most applicants. We'd rather have a handful of creators per city who can hold a screen and a comment section than a thousand who can't. Slots that go quiet get cut, and the creators who treat this like a real show are the ones cashing the biggest payouts.
Ready?
About five minutes, including a 30–45 second clip of you talking to camera. If that sounds like a lot, this isn't for you — and that's okay.
